SoftSqueek ("we", "us") is a web design and local marketing studio in St. Petersburg, Florida. This page explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Information you send us. When you fill out our contact form or book a call, we collect what you enter: your name, business name, email, phone, website or social links, and your message.
Public business information. To find businesses we might help, we review information businesses publish themselves, such as their business name, address, phone, email, website, social pages and public reviews.
Basic technical data. Our hosting provider (Netlify) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability.

How we use it

To reply to you and provide the services you ask about.
To contact businesses about our services, and only by email or business messaging, never by automated calls or texts.
To keep our site secure and working.

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with services that help us run the business, such as email, hosting, scheduling and spreadsheet tools, and only as needed to provide our services, or if the law requires it.

Your choices

Stop hearing from us. Reply "no thanks" or "unsubscribe" to any email, or email sales@softsqueek.com. We'll stop contacting you, and we'll keep a record so we don't contact you again.
Access or delete. Email us and we'll tell you what we have about you or your business and delete it on request, unless we must keep it by law.

How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, then delete it. We keep a minimal "do not contact" record as long as needed to honor your request.

Security

We use HTTPS and reputable providers, and we limit access to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
